The Best Prescription for Anxiety

Do you have some anxiety going on today? Some fear? Allow me to be your nurse practitioner on today. Hello, I am nurse Stacy and I am licensed under Dr. Christ. So, you are feeling an abundance of anxiety and fear on today? Well, before I prescribe Zoloft, Lexapro or Prozac, I would like to prescribe Philippians 4:4-8 to you. “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable-if anything is excellent or praiseworthy-think about such things.” This will calm you because it reassures you that God is near and He wants you to keep your mind on all that is good, true, right and worthy. With the prescription of Philippians 4:4-8, it is good to add prayer and faith every time you take it. I am convinced that this prescription will help to eliminate anxiety and fear. The unique thing about this prescription is that you can take it as much as you like to. Negative side effects will only occur when you don’t take it. Be Blessed.
