I heard a lady say that sometimes at night, she makes a list of all the things she is thankful for. When she looks back over that list, it outweighs any anxiety, fear and worry she has. And she goes to sleep with the things she is thankful for on her mind. What a great way to tell anxiety, fear and worry to get back! I bring forth a challenge for you tonight to get out a journal or any kind of piece of paper and write down the things you are thankful for. If you can grab your phone or grab your remote, surely you can grab a pencil or pen and write down this list. Sometimes, you have to remind yourself that you have so much to be thankful for. Write it down. Look at it over and over again. Embed it into your memory and let it ooze into your heart and pour out into your actions.
